Krutva provides a web-based partner management system for business use only. You agree to:

• Use it only for lawful and professional purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, clone, or exploit the platform
• Keep your login details confidential

2. User Accounts

To use Krutva, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your login.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or present a risk to our system or users.

3. Payment & Subscription

Plans are billed monthly or annually based on your subscription tier. You will:

• Be charged automatically on the billing cycle you choose
• Have access to a free trial (if applicable) before being billed
• Be able to cancel anytime before your next billing date

Missed or failed payments may result in temporary account suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights to the platform, content, and technology belong to Krutva Technologies Pvt Ltd.

You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any part of Krutva without written consent.

Your data remains yours — we only use it to provide services, and never sell or share it without your permission.

5. Partner Data & Confidentiality

Krutva stores and processes sensitive business information. We take this seriously:

• Data is encrypted at rest and in transit
• You control what you share with partners
• We do not access your account data unless required for support or as authorized by you

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Krutva to:

• Spam or defraud others
• Share harmful or unlawful content
• Interfere with or disrupt our servers or other users

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations of these terms, with or without notice.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Krutva is provided “as is.” We do our best to ensure uptime and security, but we are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Business loss due to downtime or data issues
• Issues caused by third-party tools you integrate

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you via email or in-app. Continued use of Krutva means you agree to the updated terms.
