At Krutva, we aim to make managing your partner ecosystem effortless.
This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines how we handle subscription cancellations, renewals, and refund requests for users across India and internationally.

1. Free Trial and Evaluation

We recommend all new users begin with a free trial (when available) or schedule a personalized demo before starting a paid subscription.
This ensures Krutva meets your needs before committing to a plan.

2. Subscription Billing

  • Krutva operates on a recurring subscription model (monthly or annual).
  • Payments are billed in advance for each billing period via secure gateways
  • Once a billing cycle has started, subscription fees are non-refundable, except as noted below.
  • All prices and transactions are will be done in USD.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings or by contacting our support team at hello@krutva.com.
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period, you will retain access to Krutva until that date.
  • Once cancelled, your plan will not renew automatically.
  • No prorated refunds are offered for cancellations made mid-cycle.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only under the following conditions:

  1. Duplicate Payment: You were charged more than once for the same subscription.
  2. Billing Error: An incorrect amount was charged due to a system or processing error.
  3. Service Not Delivered: Your account access was not activated after successful payment, and the issue remained unresolved for over 7 business days after contacting support.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Krutva billing team.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind or unused subscription time.
  • Partial use of the platform after renewal.
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date.
  • Issues arising from third-party integrations or unsupported configurations.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at hello@krutva.com with your registered account email, payment reference, and reason for the request.
  2. Our team will respond within 5–7 business days.
  3. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank, payment gateway, or currency.

7. Updates to This Policy

Krutva reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time.
Any changes will be reflected on this page with the revised date. Continued use of Krutva after such updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
