Subprocessors

Effective Date: 24 April, 2026

Krutva uses trusted third-party service providers (“sub-processors”) to operate and deliver its services. These providers process limited customer data only as necessary to support the functionality of Krutva.

Infrastructure, Data Storage & Email Delivery

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Krutva uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud hosting, data storage, managed database services, and email delivery through AWS SES.

AWS may process customer data as required to provide these services, including storing application data, handling requests, and enabling communication workflows.

What Data is Shared with Sub-processors

Krutva shares only the data required to operate the platform effectively. This may include:

  • Workspace identifiers
  • User identifiers
  • Activity data related to deals, partnerships, tasks, and notifications

No unnecessary or unrelated data is shared with any sub-processor.

Data Protection and Security

Krutva ensures that all sub-processors handle data in accordance with industry-standard security practices.

All data is:

  • Encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Accessible only to authorized systems
  • Used strictly for service functionality

Krutva maintains strict control over how data is accessed and processed across its infrastructure.

How Krutva Uses Sub-processors

Sub-processors are used only to support core platform functionality such as:

  • Hosting and running the application
  • Storing and retrieving data
  • Delivering system-generated communications

Krutva does not use sub-processors for unrelated data processing or external data sharing.

Updates to This List

Krutva may update this list from time to time as we add or remove service providers. Any updates will be reflected on this page to maintain transparency.
